About the Hyplay Project

Hyplay is a free AVI movie player focused on user experience. We wanted Hyplay to be as user friendly as possible. We wanted the user to forget that he is in front of a computer. That's why the controls are overlaid on movies.

The Hyplay main features :

• Hyplay is an AVI movie player compatible with a lot of other video formats including DivX, Quicktime (.mov), Windows Media (.wmv, .asf) and more...
• Video controls are overlaid on video with Alpha Channel 256 levels transparency even on Windows 98/ME/2000 for a unique user experience.
• Skins are plug-ins for Hyplay and are fully customizable.
• Animation Intro appears when Hyplay starts. These amimations are plug-ins for Hyplay.
• Last but not least, Hyplay is a completely free AVI movie player !
